- Maintenance of usage calendar to protect your house mailings.
- Close correspondence by phone, fax and mail with your designated representative to maintain smooth flow of information.
- Maintenance of exchange balance reports and reciprocal pricing arrangements.
- Decoy system to protect the integrity of your list rental files from unauthorized usage.
- Monthly reports to advise of the accounting status of your list rental files and collection services.
